Reply CONFIRM REFUND to process. Funds arrive in 5-7 business days.

What if I'm on a trial?

Trials are free — no payment is taken, so no refund is needed. Just reply CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION if you don't want to continue.

What counts as "used"?

Any verification you've submitted counts as used, whether the result was RELEASE, VERIFY, or HOLD. Failed verifications (our error) don't count.

Can I get a refund after 7 days?

Yes — if you have 20% or more of your checks unused, you're eligible for a pro-rata refund based on unused value.

What if VeriPop was down?

If our service was unavailable and you couldn't verify when you needed to, contact support@veripop.app and we'll credit your account.
